»That's all well and good, but...what can I DO?« Do you know this question? That feeling of being kind of powerless in the face of all the info and stories and fates? We have good news: there are many ways to do something.

Did you know that about 300 people from young to old volunteer at AVC every year? What a joy! Without these thousands of hours of selfless service in a wide variety of work areas, we could not do our work on this scale.
