Flight booking

Flight details will be announced after confirmation of registration. For assignments outside Europe, it is possible that AVC pre-books the flights with the partner travel agency Polyglott in Zurich. In this case you will be contacted by Polyglott after registration. The travel agency will be available for any questions regarding the flight, the entry and the required documents.
Otherwise, you can book the flights yourself through a travel agency or directly online. In case of deviations from the flights recommended by us, any connection and transfer problems as well as additional expenses are the responsibility of the participant concerned.
Important: Do not make your own bookings until you have received confirmation of the program.
