Flight booking

For outreachs outside Europe there is the possibility that AVC pre-books the flights with the partner travel agency Polyglott in Zürich. For the actual booking of the flights you will be contacted by Polyglott after the registration. The travel agency will be available for any questions regarding the flight, entry and the required documents.
Otherwise, the flights should be booked yourself through Polyglott or through another travel agency. The required information about the flight will be provided to you for this purpose by the outreach coordination. In case of deviations from the recommended flights, any connection and transfer problems as well as additional expenses are the responsibility of the participant concerned.
Important: Do not make your own bookings until you have received confirmation of the program.
