Myanmar is in a state of emergency. At the beginning of 2021, the military arrested the head of government and other officials and took power. Since the coup, the country has been plunged into chaos and violence, and more than 100,000 people have fled.

Christians have suffered decades of abuse of power by local authorities. The lack of Bibles has led to a great demand. So in 1990, AVC began to bring the much-awaited printed materials into the country. Target for the bilingual English-Burmese New Testaments: one million copies! Cost per copy: CHF 5.50.
XXL FAMILY FOR ORPHANS
In the north of Myanmar, an orphanage has been established through the initiative of a Chinese AVC employee. The loving care provided for the children lays a valuable foundation for their future.
